About Holly Katz – LPC, MBA, Sports Psychology Expert
Holly is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Performance Coach and has helped hundreds of clients enhance well-being and achieve measurable results in performance. As a former Big 10 athlete with a Northwestern MBA, Holly understands the pressures of performing under pressure and has a passion for helping athletes, musicians, actors, and executives get in the zone and achieve their dreams.
Prior to her current role, Holly spent many years in the corporate world. She was a “go-to” career and executive coaching partner at JP Morgan Chase and also served as Vice President of Human Resources at companies including a division of Monster.com. In these roles, she helped executives and professionals deal with work place stress and perform at their peak.
In addition to an MBA, Holly holds an MS in Counseling from National Louis University, and a BA from University of Wisconsin where she was captain of the tennis team. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois and a Certified HeartMath Coach. She is also qualified to administer Benchmarks, a 360 degree feedback tool, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
